This car took part in the 60 minute long U2TC Touring Cars race at the Gold Cup meeting at Oulton Park in August 2008.
It's the 1962 Fiat Abarth 1000 driven in the race by Joey and Stephen Beale. The car is based in the Fiat 600 with the 4-cylinder inline engine enlarged to 992cc. It has a front mounted radiator behind the unusual looking bumper bar.
