This is a photograph taken in Heaton Park, Manchester, in September 1998 at the Trans Lancs Historic Vehicle Rally organised by the Greater Manchester Transport Society.

It's not shown in the programme of the event, but it's a 1948 Bristol L6A with a Beadle C31F body, originally in service with the Western National Omnibus Company of Exeter and you can read its history here.
