This was one of the participants in the Lancashire Automobile Club's annual Manchester to Blackpool Veteran and Vintage Car Run in June 1990, starting from the Exchange Station car park in Manchester.

It's a 1924 Austin Heavy 12 Clifton Tourer with what the DVLA record says is a 1,479cc engine, though the cars were originally built with a 4-cylinder inline 1,660cc engine. The programme of the event just gives these brief details about the car:
