Daimler Conquest Drophead Coupé

This is a photograph that I took at the Greater Manchester Transport Society's Trans Lancs Historic Vehicle Rally at Heaton Park, Manchester in September 1990.

 

It's a Daimler Conquest Drophead Coupé which had the same 6-cylinder inline 2,433cc engine as the Saloon and Roadster models.

This is one of the cars that were on display at the Northern Classic Car Show at Belle Vue, Manchester in September 1984.

It's a 1957 Daimler Conquest Drophead Coupé which had the same 6-cylinder inline 2,433cc engine as the Saloon and Roadster models. The DVLA record says that the car has not been taxed since the end of February 1997.
