I photographed this vehicle in Heaton Park, Manchester at the Trans Lancs Historic Vehicle Rally in September 1993.
It's not listed in the programme of the event, but it's a 1933 Austin 7 RN Van, and was apparently owned by the Oldham Chronicle at that time.
The couple driving it Mr Frank Kershaw and his wife Carol. He sold the van to Oldham Chronicle, he worked there as the vehicle maintenance man.
