I took these two photographs
at the Pallot Museum in Jersey which we visited while on holiday there in May
2013.
This one is a LaFrance M1A1 Heavy Wrecker, about 5,000 of which were produced
during the Second World War.This is a 1942 Mack NM5 Prime Mover, a heavy lorry constructed for military use from 1940 to 1945 by the Mack
Manufacturing Corporation of New York U.S.A. It was brought to Jersey by the British Liberation Forces in 1945.
