I took this photograph on a visit to the Donington Park Museum in October 1989.
It's a 1911 Cottin et Desgouttes Grand Prix car that was driven by Georges Deydier in the French Grand Prix that year, but he failed to finish the race. It has a 10½ litre engine, and the history of the car is recounted
here.
