This is one of the cars entered in the 'American Car' class in the Trans Lancs Historical Vehicle Rally at Heaton Park, Manchester in September 1998.
It's a 1959 Cadillac Series 62 Coupe de Ville, and the programme of the event had this to say about it:

Stored in a barn for 3 years in Grimsby before the present owner acquired it in Aug 1997 becoming the first registered UK owner. Original interior, bodywork and chrome need a little work to perfect. Used for weddings and as often as possible. Specifications include, air conditioning, power seats, aerial and boot with remote release, tinted windows and automatic head lamp dipper. Not bad for a vehicle built in 1959.
