1954 Dennis Pax Gully Emptier

This vehicle took part in the Greater Manchester Transport Society's Trans Lancs Historic Vehicle Rally in Heaton Park, Manchester in September 1995.

It's a 1954 Dennis Pax Gully Emptier, and the programme of the event said this about it:

Served Lincoln Corporation From 1954-1972. Then used as a farm water carrier. Rescued

and since repainted, but not restored. Most of the vehicle remains original.

Dennis Horla

This vehicle was one of the entrants in the Greater Manchester Transport Society's Trans Lancs Historic Vehicle Rally at Heaton Park, Manchester in September 1996.

It's not listed in the programme of the event, but it's a 1954 Dennis Horla originally operated by KS Vacuum Tanker Hire of Chesterfield. The only information I have about it is the DVLA record which says the tax was last renewed on 1 March 2019 and it has a 3,770cc petrol engine.
