I took these photographs on a visit to the Yorkshire Air Museum at RAF Elvington on a rainy and overcast day in July 2010.
It's a Canadair CT-133, a trainer developed from the Lockheed T-33 Shooting Star for the Royal Canadian Air Force, and has a Rolls-Royce Nene turbojet instead of the T-33's Allison J33.
The aircraft in the background here is the museum's RAF English Electric Canberra T.4 WH846.
