This car is in the pit garage at Donington Park during a practice session at the HGPCA's Donington International Historic Grand Prix meeting in May 2004.
Shown in the programme of the event as a 1952 Ferrari 625, it's Alexander Boswell's car, chassis number 0482, which started off life as a 2 litre Ferrari 500. In 1954 it was given a 2½ litre engine and changed to 625 specifications. It subsequently had a 3 litre 735 sports car engine fitted and was raced in Australia by Peter Whitehead, but is now designated as a 750 GP Monoposto.
