This was one of the competitors in the 30 minute long HSCC Pre'80 Endurance Challenge race at the Gold Cup meeting at Oulton Park in August 2018 and I took this photograph during the Saturday afternoon qualifying session.

It's the 1970 March 717 driven
in the race by Calum Lockie and Richard Dodkins and it's powered by an 8-litre
Chevrolet big block V8 engine. The car was built as a 707 for the 1970 European
Interserie Championship series, updated at the end of that season and
renumbered as a 717.
