This is one of the vehicles in the Trans Lancs Historic Vehicle Rally at Heaton Park, Manchester in September 1995.
It's a 1950 Leyland Comet CPO1 with Park Royal body, and the programme of the event had this to say about it:

Operated until 1968 and passed to a contractor. Purchased for preservation in 1979. Another fine
