This is a photograph that I
took at the Greater Manchester Transport Society’s Trans Lancs Historic Vehicle
Rally in Heaton Park, Manchester in September 1988.

It’s not listed in the
programme of the event but it’s a vehicle from their own Museum of Transport, a
1958 Leyland Titan PD2/40 with a Burlingham body, which entered service in 1958
and was withdrawn in 1975.
