the event said this about it:

The last of the class in passenger service when withdrawn
in March 1981.
Restored in the 1972 livery of cream and green.'
It was originally delivered to Blackburn Corporation in
March 1964 and entered service with fleet number 33 on 1st May 1964. On 1st
April 1974 it passed to the Borough of Blackburn as a result of the
reorganisation caused by the Local Government Act of 1972.
