I came across this car parked in a side street recently on my daily walk to Hyde town centre.
It's a Reliant Robin Mk 3, a three-wheeled car that was produced between 1999 and 2001, and the 'V' on the number plate indicates that it was first registered between 1 September 1999 and 29 February 2000.
The Reliant three-wheeler has for a long time occupied a special place in British popular culture, being the butt of many jokes in the 'Top Gear' TV motoring programme, and Del Trotter's mode of transport in the long-running comedy series 'Only Fools and Horses' - the latter being a Reliant Regal Supervan.
