Ermini was one of a number of small Italian manufacturers in the 1940s and 50s and into the 1960s producing sports cars based on small capacity production engines, in this case the Fiat 1100cc. Here's one of those cars which took part in the Champagne Charles Heidsieck Sports Car race at the Coys International Historic Festival meeting at Silverstone in July 1993.
It's a 1953 Ermini 1100 Sport and was driven in the race by Edoardo Tenconi.
