Lamborghini Miura

I photographed this car at the Coys International Historic Festival meeting at Silverstone in July 1994.

It's a Lamborghini Miura and has a 3,929cc V12 transverse rear mid-engine. 764 of these cars were built between 1966 and 1973, but other than that I don't have any information about this particular car.

Lamborghini Miura

I took this photograph in the paddock at the Coys International Historic Festival meeting at Silverstone in August 1996.

It's two Lamborghini Miuras in the part of the paddock set aside for the Lamborghini Owners Club. You can see behind them part of the circuit that runs between Copse corner and Maggotts. The miura is a breed of Spanish fighting bull, and a fighting bull is, of course, the badge of the Lamborghini.
