It's Chris Perkins' 1975 V8 Cosworth-engined 2,993cc Surtees TS16. The TS16 was campaigned by the Surtees team during the 1974 and 1975 seasons, but suffered a string of retirements and low placings, the best being a 4th place in the 1974 Brazilian Grand Prix by Carlos Pace.
