It's the 1969 Mallock Mk 9 of Alan
Cooke, the last of a series of race cars produced by Arthur Mallock. After
building a series of specials based on the Austin 7, Arthur Mallock produced
the U2 Mk1 with a Ford 1,172cc engine for 1172 Formula racing, and further
models were produced until 1971 for the 1172 Formula, Formula Junior, and for Clubmans racing.
