I took this photograph in one of the car parks
at the Vintage Sports Car Club’s meeting at Oulton Park in July 2015.

It’s a 1928 Star 12/40 and has a 4-cylinder
inline 1,945cc engine. About 2,000 of the 12/25 and 12/40 models with this
engine were produced between 1923 and 1928.
